Mission Bay Mobile Home Park evacuation concerns
San Leandro
Summary
Residents of this 366-home senior community next to the bay asked how they'd be alerted and evacuated during major flooding — many seniors don't use technology and some have mobility issues. They're frustrated the city only showed up at election time and want clear emergency guidelines now.

Impact analysis
The park's senior residents would get clear evacuation and alerting plans tailored to their needs.
Without a plan, seniors with mobility or technology barriers could be stranded in a flood.
